Bonds 5-7 is a two storey , heritage listed building, consisting of 13 retail shops. Historically, Bonds 5-7 provided a storage facility for goods as they were delivered to the wharves. Merchandise was held until such time as the merchant for whom it was intended paid a bond for their release. 

Bonds 5-7 were redeveloped in 1999 as part of the Mirvac/Transfield Joint Venture redevelopment of Walsh Bay.
