Manage Meant provides a number of key core services in Building and Facility Management to each of its buildings. Every location has its unique requirements. A core strength of our offering involves developing then implementing a tailored plan which takes this into consideration.
Services include:
- Building Managers are available to attend to emergencies 24 hours a day.
- Implementation of maintenance plans and schedules.
- Manage defects to all common property.
- Maintain all essential fire and emergency services and ensure that certification requirements are met.
- Ensure that relevant policy and procedures adhered to thus ensuring superior quality assurance.
- Promoting and implementing a proactive Health, Safety and Environment culture to ensure the safe being of residents, tenants, guests and contractors.
- Provide detailed monthly reports to the Executive Committee relating to all building issues.
- Assist residents moving in or out.
- Seek to negotiate contracts for best practice and competitive pricing.
- Building Managers are available to meet with Executive Committee and any sub Committees to discuss building issues in between scheduled meetings at mutually convenient times.
