Cleaning - Common Areas

Manage Meant engages a number of specialised companies who have proven expertise in the cleaning and cleaners_managemeantmaintaining of common property to the highest industry standards and beyond. Each of the commissioned cleaning companies are required to source the most efficient and environmentally friendly products available.

managemeant_green_practiceA detailed scope of works is drawn up for consideration and confirmation by the Executive Committee. This aims to clearly establish daily areas to be cleaned and maintained. An ongoing schedule of additional areas for attention is incorporated into a monthly roster.

Each company assigns daily cleaners plus a supervisor who will liaise with the on site Building Manager. This ensures an open and accountable communication to facilitate daily feedback mechanisms designed to address problem areas.

A monthly report will presented to the Executive Committee that will detail the following:

  • Glass Cleaning – inaccessible areas
  • Lobby Areas
  • Carpet Vacuum/ Shampoo
  • Lift Cleaning
  • Car Park Clean
  • Gymnasium/ Swimming Pool
