Darren Gardner – Director

With over 22 years experience in facility management, Darren has played senior roles in a number of publicly listed companies including the Mirvac Group and Westfield Pty Ltd. As a hands-on building manager, he has gained vast experience in the retail, commercial, residential and hotel sectors.

Since founding Manage Meant in 2005, Darren has built the organisation into one of Sydney's leading property management companies.

Building on a strong customer service ethos he has instituted an outcome driven culture. By only employing skilled trades people in key roles he has cultivated a solutions orientated approach which means that client's budget horizons are respected without compromise to high standards .

As Director of Manage Meant, he focuses his efforts on mentoring individual Building Managers and ensuring they have the resources and expertise to get the job done. He and his team work closely with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
