Green building management

All buildings under contract with Manage Meant have clear policies and procedures related to dealing with waste products and recycling, These differ from each building depending on the environment.

The Building Manager will assess the needs for Recycling and Waste Management and meet with contractors and council to determine best practice.

Recommendations will be submitted to the Executive Committee with view to establishing key performance indicators.

Manage Meant will work together with the committee to help imbue a greener cultural perspective for all residents.
