safety_firstManage Meant has instilled a culture within its Building Managers that actively monitors and manages the Occupational, Health and Safety process on each of its Sydney apartment complexes. 

Initially a detailed Safety Management System is prepared specifically for the apartment complex. Areas of key focus include:

  • Documents Control
  • Safety Policy
  • Risk Management
  • Hazard Reporting
  • Fire Protection
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • First Aid and Accident Investigation
  • Effective Reporting
  • Audits

All of these elements are essential for the safe day to day operation of a Sydney apartment complex and to ensure the well being of all residents, tenants, staff and contractors.

At each Executive Committee meeting, a detailed report will be presented. Included in the report will be audits that have been carried out, any accidents that have occurred on Common Property, any hazards reported and any areas of risk that need to be raised
