Inspection & Monitoring Services

Key to the ongoing success is ensuring there are key guidelines in Inspection and Monitoring Services throughout the building.

Each Building Manager will have detailed schedules for all aspects of the building. These will be completed as required and be available to the Executive Committee on a monthly basis.

Currently most buildings under management utilise a computer software known as MEX. This details every component of machinery and equipment within the common property.

MEX prompts the Building Manager for any service requirements on a monthly basis. The results are available for inspection by the Executive Committee and critical requirements will be brought to their attention as a matter of priority.
