Key to the ongoing success is ensuring there are key guidelines in Inspection and Monitoring Services throughout th
e building.
Each Building Manager will have detailed schedules for all aspects of the building. These will be completed as required and
be available to the Executive Committee on a monthly basis.
Currently most buildings under management utilise a computer software known as MEX. This details every component of machinery and equipment within the common property.
MEX prompts the Building Manager for any service requirements on a monthly basis. The results are available for inspection by the Executive Committee and critical requirements will be brought to their attention as a matter of priority.
