Precinct Management
Manage Meant provides the Precinct Management Services for Walsh Bay. Walsh Bay has been redeveloped as a community consisting of various strata plans and individual lots.
All owners in Walsh Bay are bound by the Precinct Management Agreement and are represented on the Precinct Management Committee.
Services Include:
- Available to attend to emergencies 24 hours a day
- Supervise maintenance contractors
- Supervise Cleaning and Security Contractors
- Monitor and report compliance with various Precinct Documents.
- Obtain and maintain relevant Insurances, including an Activities Register
- Liaise with Stakeholders including; Owners, Council, State Government
- ‘Lobby’ for improved services such as Public Transport etc.
- Develop a program of promotion for the Precinct
- Day-to-Day Management of the public domain
- Coordinate permits for commercial activity on Precinct Property
- Monitor and report on development affecting the Precinct
- Monitor and manage Council Contractors in relation to Park and Street maintenance.
- Represent the Committee at various community meetings
