Security Personnel

Manage Meant provides uniformed licensed Security Personnel on a full time or casual basis.

Security ensures all aspects of the common property are protected from vandalism, graffiti, public nuisance and maintain a safe environment for all residents. They actively engage with local emergency services such as police, fire brigade, SES and hospital services if necessary.

The Security team will develop a close working relationship with the Executive Committee and residents. Monthly reports are prepared for the Executive Committee, highlighting activities with emphasis on areas of potential security breech. Suggested strategies to address problem areas are then put forward for committee consideration.
